 More and more students,are becoming aware about it and testing their mettle in the

 challenging admission test which aims to select only the crème de la crème throughout India. 

Unique of its kind in India, ISI enjoys autonomy under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.

 There are few advantages over all other educational institutions in india _there is no tuition fee.In addition u get thousands in d form of stipends (unless u perform extremely poorly). It offers hostel facilities to all students at extremely nominal charge(order of 2 per month). Also, there are book grants  and prizes for toppers. The number of students in a stream is small – around 50, which leads to an environment of healthy competition.
